Hello!
I bought my domain last year and I have just decided to move this domain to a new website outside WA.
How can I use this domain? what do I need to do to transfer
You have a couple of options:
1) You can point the domain to your new host's name servers. This will leave the domain registered here at WA but point all services to the new host who can then use it for whatever.
To do this just go to Websites>Site Domains and then click on Settings next to the domain in question. Select Name Servers and enter the appropriate information.
2) You can transfer the domain to your new host. This will usually require you to pay another year's registration fee with your new host.
To do this go to Websites>Site Domains and click on Settings next to the domain in question. Select Transfer Domain. Unlock the transfer lock and email the EPP code to yourself. Now go to the place you want to host your site and initiate the transfer using whatever method they have setup for you. You'll need to provide the EPP code to authorize the transfer.
I went to Websites > Site Domains, then click settings and it is not giving me the option "transfer domain". It is giving me as options FTP transfer and delete. Is FTP transfer the right one?
If it's listed under Other Domains then it's not actually registered here at WA. You can find out who the registrar is by going to https://www.whois.net and entering your domain name. When you click the search icon it will list all kinds of information. Take a look at the registrar lines to see who really has it. It can be registered in one place and hosted at another so sometimes it's hard to tell.
If you are talking about transferring your WA content to a new Wordpress site that is hosted elsewhere, the easiest solution is probably a clone plugin
Check this out How to move the WordPress content from your computer to your live site? Or you can use FTP to download from WA and upload to the new host.
You do not need to host here to have a WA website. Install WordPress on the site and then follow the training inside WA.
Thank you for your answer. I think I didnt explain well.
I created a website here in WA using the domain. I have started creating a new website outside WA. I want this new website to have the domain name I used for the website here in WA. How can I transfer this domain name I am using in WA to the new website?

I imagine it works similarly to transferring a domain to WA.
Basically, you have to request a certificate from WA for the transfer.
Once you have a transfer certificate (it's a rather long code), then you can complete the transfer with the other register.
I don't have any WA domains, but there should be an option under Websites, Domains, Your Domain, to transfer your domain elsewhere.
If not, contact support and tell them you want to initiate the transfer of your domain to another register.
Good luck.
