It's my birthday-I have 364 days to go!
Yep! I just celebrated my birthday today! The weather was awful so I got to stay home! Which is what I wished for! The illustration I used for this was of a burning house because I'm so old that the candles on my birthday cake nearly burned our house down!
Not really, but I really am only 364 days away from the date I have set for myself to be my retirement date. I have set November 29, 2020, as my retirement dateβthe day before my 55th birthday.
While the plan is to retire from my day job, I do not intend to retire from my websites as this is the thing I have been looking for my whole life!
I am excited for the next 364 days! I have a lot to do, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt I will be able to completely replace my day job income with my blogs within the next 364 days!
This one is a short one because I believe in getting straight to the point and the point of this post is that we can all make our dreams, but we need action to make those dreams become realities. One way to do that is to set dates to achieve things by.
I believe in my dream and I believe I can reach it!
Hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving!
Best wishes,
Karin

Happy Birthday, Karin. We share the same birthday.
I love your goal of retiring from your day job within that specific time to working fulltime on your blogs.
Today, one of the articles I published was about my 2020 vision.
We can do this with determination. I'm with you all the way. Keep moving forward!

Happy Birthday Karin!ππ though I was actually thrusted into retirement from my day job at the age of 52 because of a medical disability, after almost 3 years I think it was the best thing that ever happened to me. So I wish you success as you prepare for your retirement from your day job!π
