Freedom
As a Citizen of the United States of America, I am preparing to celebrate our Independence Day!
I was born an American and have completed grade school, high school, and graduated college in America. I am well aware of what Americans believe freedom to be, but as I have matured into an adult (yes, I occasionally adult these days), I realize that my definition of freedom is a bit different.
I have devoted the last couple of years to the study of the Universal Laws and have found myself pondering true freedom often. I have dug deep and identified many beliefs that no longer serve me and have worked diligently to change these beliefs. One such belief surrounds finances. In my studies and personal improvement work, I identified that I did not FEEL free when it came to finances.
It is true that money makes living easier. That is no doubt. It is also true that abundance and wealth are but vibrational frequencies. As I am thinking about the history of America and the fighting that took place in the name of freedom, I am glad to know that my financial freedom does not come to me through any war or fighting. I am grateful today that my freedom is never a question and that all I need to do is reach out and take it. I am glad that I have the resources and devotion to obtain my desires.
Freedom is a feeling and I can think of no better time to focus on that feeling and let it expand through my being :))

Born and raised in the US, live here still.... My financial freedom is a war, but only with myself. I'm lucky to know this because I know many that would believe to obtain financial someone else must give it to them...They will be waiting a very long time.
Karagrace, I went to school in the USA too. I was born in NYC and lived in the USA until 2012 when I moved to the UK to be with my husband. In America, we get to celebrate the country's freedom. In our hearts, we get to celebrate our own personal freedom. It's an incredible feeling.
Outstanding Post. Money is only a vehicle, when thought, action, and reaction allows for true freedom.
Yes Karagrace, I love your post. The adage I've carried with me is that money does not create happiness......but it can create freedom. And freedom can create happiness.

Freedom is a state of mind not a state of wealth.....I have seen many people trapped by success....
