My keywords are iin place and my content includes 8 pages. What else can I do to get better rankings. My site is www.kahnswisewords.com.
Simple, just keep writing quality content that is not focused on keywords so much and is written for your reader. Totally forget about Google and their rankings. You MUST think of your reader and provide the information that your reader is seeking in a unique, engaging, conversational, and fresh way. Just like as if you were having a conversation with a good friend, but only typing it out.
If you can do this you will get better rankings because this is what Google wants...the same exact thing your readers want.
You also need to keep creating content with at least 12 pages/posts of content and you need to share your content on social media, with Google+ being the most important.

It takes time for rankings to increase and it depends on a lot of different factors. I've written a few blogs about increasing Google rankings because I have seen my rankings go up to Page 1. So I know I'm doing it right. But it doesn't always happen because like I said, high rankings depend on a lot of different things.
