My accomplishments so far
Good morning! So, I'm walking through the certification training and I'm up to the step where I need to add a new blog outlining what I have accomplished so far. This is really exciting and I'm enjoying the journey immensely. My only complaint is that there isn't enough time in the day to do all the things I want to! I am still working full time, so most of day is taken up with that. I do come into the office about an hour early every day to work on WA and I try to stay late. If I can't stay late, I'm definitely logging in when I get home from work.
Okay, so my accomplishments. I have made it up to lesson 10 in Course 2 of the certification courses. I'm excited about that and looking forward to next steps.
My niche that I chose: I actually purchased two domains, one is Healthy Chihuahuas (which I thought was narrow enough, but have learned since that it is actually way too big - I need to think about how to narrow it down a bit). My second niche I chose was how to make money online. This is a very popular niche, I've seen lots of people have websites on this subject here at WA. I'm currently working more on my Chihuahua site, but plan to move towards my other site soon. I need to come up with some original ideas to make my site unique in this heavily populated area.
My successes - one that I am very proud of is that I actually have a website! I have been searching for a legitimate online busines

Nice progress, Julie. Healthy chihuahuas sounds like a great niche, especially because pet lovers will spend lots of mula on their pets!
I'm also in the "make money online" niche. It's really too big to be a genuine "niche," but there are lots of ways to narrow it down.

Sounds like you are on the right track! I went back to Bootcamp and am still in the lessons there. It's okay to focus on one then go back.

You are right to work on your Healthy Chihuahuas site and use that as your priority site. Make money online is very saturated. Seems like you are doing really well in your short time here, keep going:-)

Wow! You are doing a fabulous job, and totaly rocking it! Just an idea, try making lists of things you need to focus on. On these lists don't forget to make time for your self, even if it's just encouraging words like: Breathe, take your time, walk away for a minute, you got this, relax, or my favorite.."Rome wasn't built in a day" It is important to take care of you, so you have a clear mind. Girl, I have sticky notes everywhere..lol It helps alot! Just food for thought.;) So proud of you! Have a wonderful day.

Two thoughts for now on you niches. First, I do think that your niche of "healthy chihuahuas" may sound or look like a good one, but isn't. It's a little too broad and needs to be narrowed down. Second, your niche of "make money online" is far too broad and definitely needs to be much more narrow and specific! There is a great deal of evidence to support this view. The competition is brutal - especially for a beginner and startup business.
So, do some more work with your first niche and start all over again with the first. I haven't forgotten about sending you a PM and publishing a post on your question about copying content from online (or offlline). Please be patient with me on this, Julie.
