Here are my 10 top tips and then some useful links for more detail.

  1. Relevant and High-Quality Content: Create valuable and engaging content for your website that is relevant to your target audience. Ensure your content is well-written, informative, and includes relevant keywords.
  2. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the keywords and phrases that your target audience is using to search for your products or services. Incorporate these keywords naturally into your website content.
  3. On-Page Optimization: Optimize each page of your website for specific keywords. Include the target keyword in the page title, meta description, headings, and within the content. Use descriptive URLs and include relevant keywords in your image alt tags.
  4. Mobile-Friendly Design: Ensure your website is mobile-friendly and responsive. Google gives preference to mobile-friendly websites in its search results, so optimize your site's design and functionality for mobile devices.
  5. Page Load Speed: Improve your website's loading speed by optimizing image sizes, reducing unnecessary scripts, and leveraging caching techniques. Faster-loading pages are more likely to rank higher in search results.
  6. Backlink Building: Focus on building high-quality backlinks from reputable and relevant websites. Seek opportunities for guest blogging, partnerships, or collaborations to earn backlinks from authoritative sources.
  7. Social Media Presence: Establish a strong presence on social media platforms to increase your website's visibility. Share your content, engage with your audience, and encourage social sharing, which can help generate traffic and backlinks.
  8. User Experience: Prioritize user experience by ensuring your website is easy to navigate, visually appealing, and provides valuable information. User-friendly websites tend to have longer user engagement, lower bounce rates, and higher search rankings.
  9. Local SEO: If you have a physical location, optimize your website for local search by including your business name, address, and phone number (NAP) in a consistent format across your website and local directories.
  10. Regular Updates: Continuously update your website with fresh and relevant content. Regularly publish blog posts, articles, or other types of content to demonstrate your expertise and keep your website active.

Remember, achieving a high ranking on Google takes time and effort. It's important to focus on providing value to your audience while adhering to SEO best practices.

And now for the very useful links:

RoopeKiuttu explains how he got over 100 pages to the first page on Google and much more - this is a really interesting piece of training.

Still one of my favourite articles by ParthaB - he takes a very different route than Roope. (It's definitely led to some of my page 1 rankings)

Which are you most excited by?

For more details on all these areas, go to the training tab, or use search to look for a specific area.

Hi Julia, great tips thanks for sharing. It is helpful. I follow ParthaB's methods. Roope (aka Robert) does not blog anymore. He does straight videos now. Both YouTube and TIk Tok. He has those P Plus classes available. You should watch them. They are awesome. I don't know how he does it, but he is good at what he does with the video thing. He stated that it's much faster than blogging. But he did say to diversify all forms of social media because sometimes you can get banned, so always have another way in case one or the other bans you out. Sometimes it takes a month to get back in. Last Saturday night, Jay's class for backlinks was interesting. Did you see that?
