Does WA membership include website hosting? Or do I need to separately buy a GoDaddy account?
Yes it is. When you build a website here with the SiteBuilder, it is automatically hosted on WA servers. Also, if you have a wordpress website hosted somewhere else, you can move it to WA.

If you are purchasing a domain or other service from GoDaddy that would be a third party independent of WA. However hosting is included in your premium subscription. You can host up to 25 dot coms and 25 siterubix subdomains as you are grandfathered.
If you go to subscription tab within your account. That's clicking profile icon top right corner of browser, and clicking again account settings from the drop down dashboard.
