Conquer your stress
After my last blog I went online to find an outlet where a person interested in the
technique I mentioned could find a tape or cd that you can listen and learn what
I had described. I found written explanations but no verbal instruction. It made
me go looking for the tape I had made for my patients and I was thrilled to find
my Master Tape. If you are interested in having this material, I will be happy to
share it with you. Just let me know.

Hi, Jude, that is so kind, so very helpful, I see your other post about hitting the wall, I am an expert at that one. Thank goodness for the experiences that life sends us. From memory stress is the precursor to an episode. Much wiser now, than I was in my younger days. I would be very interested.
Tell me! I can transfer the cassette tape to cd or replicate the tape.
