What should I to do with my tracking code?

I got this in one of my affiliate programs.
It a appears that if you type the name of the product you wish to promote in the second box, it will automatically generate your tracking link (affiliate link) in the third box
That's what I thought but it is not giving me anything. If you do that and you press continue then it just goes back to the previous page. Ill try and find help on the site although I haven't seen any help options.

Is there a option to put my latest post at the bottom of my page. So my first post will be at the top and the latest one at the bottom.

Better not. Posts have date and if you do that way visitors will see old date on the top and have impression that it is a dusty and abandoned site. You will make mistake.
