I don't know what happened, going through my emails last week, my facebook and other contacts, I noticed all my old friends were all talking 'bout aches and pains. It kind of gave me a fright. I had a knee jerk reaction, sheesh man, you're sixty, and You never stopped long enough to notice.
I'm not aching, I'm not blogging about the side effects of the medication I'm on, in fact, never thought of taking any, though I must say I do enjoy every now and then, the smooth lingering smell and taste, of hash browned green, from Lebanon.
I am still fighting for change, feeling the same old pain and desire I always felt, that comes with believing in "One Peaceful World".

My Friends range from all ages, I take it for granted that my son's friends think I'm cool, that's the only way I know how to live my Life, that's just the crowd I run with.
I've never tried to "be cool", if living my Life to the fullest has earned me that, well so be it. If believing and fighting for Human Rights means I'm "cool", who am I to argue. If I forge my Brand, and succeed online, hell man ya, means I won't have to be poor, and I can keep on helping those worse off than I am. Heck, I like that idea...
For the very first time, I took consciousness of my own physical mortality, sh*t I only got forty years left at the most, I'm past that half way point.
So much left to do, so much to inspire others with...

If taken the right way, age is a blessing. It's freeing. A lot of trivialities we concerned ourselves in youth kind of go away. That's a good thing. Leaves room to concentrate on what matters.

Just me, I'm responsible for my choices. The great "IS" did create or imagine me or manifest who I am.
Let the great IS be true to it's word, and if it's conscious, let it have one darn good explanation for all the suffering, for the children's hunger and tears I've seen...

... I've always had a difficult time understanding (accepting) all the suffering and pain and the whys of it all. How can someone's suffering be "in the plan"?

Thank you Jozeph! I remember people in Alberta didn't like Pierre Trudeau much, because they thought he was channelling too much money away from the province.
But there's two sides to every story: maybe he was trying to help people not fortunate enough to benefit from an oil-producing area.
In that case, he was certainly just and wanted equality.....
I can't really comment on his political career, however his desire for equality was clear in his writings, up until his death.
His ideology, how he viewed world peace, is visionary. Few in my opinion, can hold a candle.
However WA is not a place to talk politics, he's simply one of my greatest influencers, a great Man, who truly cared...

I am 47 years young and it seems like ALL my friends do is complain about their achs and pains. Now don't get me wrong I am sure they do have them, as we all do, but with this crowd a muscle cramp can be turned into "my leg is falling off" and a stubbed toe can turn into "I just chopped my foot off!" Sometimes I think they complain for the attention and the medication. It kinda drives me crazy as I am an all natural person who, like you, never thought about taking medication. I don't think I ever will, unless its all natural and grows from a seed in my backyard!
