Why is it that all marketing platforms are scam or else Next to SCAM
I really thought wealthy affiliate was different, only to find out the reality. Am sure most of the members here earn via referrals, to which it's not that easy to convince someone not only to join but also to maintain the membership fees.
my message is simple: Kindly members be truthful to the world, as you market this platform also inform people that no need to join without necessarily having some people to refer here.
I am certain sure those that make money, make it mostly on refferals, if possible let's someone prove me wrong.

I don't experience WA to be anything remotely close to a scam. I can't speak to what drew you to join or who introduced you to it and their approach with you....but...My experience at WA here has been so much more than just about affiliate referrals.
WA seems to have a great affiliate program, I will probably start to use it more in the near future. However, I've been a member for over a year and have gotten so much value out of WA. The platform itself with all its tools to build and maintain several of my websites, the phenomenal volume of training at your fingertips, and a large and supportive community of people able and willing to help you out and encourage you has been tremendous for me. None of this for me involved WA referrals.
I could almost guarantee the vast majority of members that are making significant money with WA referrals are also making significant money with other affiliate programs/products as they have developed the skills (through WA and elsewhere) required to do so.
There are no get rich quick schemes or promises for guaranteed success here. It will still take a lot of work on your part regardless of how you decide to benefit from what's available to you here.
I found WA after being scammed myself elsewhere, and I have been nothing but pleased with the unbelievable value you get with the membership. What I have gained from being here as not included getting referral money, at least not yet :) but it's still been an amazing journey so far.
I don't need to prove anything to you, so I don't share this to try to prove you wrong but this is my honest experience of WA and to all of a sudden see at the top of my screen the notion that WA actually might be a scam seems like a utterly preposterous claim from my perspective.
Anyway I hope you get to have a more positive and fulfilling experience with your entrepreneurial venture here with WA. Lot's of people would love to help.

I forgot to make it clear that it has not been my intention to focus any of my efforts on building a WA referral income in my 1+ year here, I've been using it for other purposes. So my 0 referrals is a reflection of THAT, not that WA is a SCAM
So sorry you feel this way, because there are plenty of success stories where people have not actually had to refer people to the platform to make money.
Here are a few examples; Year End Report, Made $1,000 profit $12,000 For Christmas 2019 (+ Actionable Advice) So you can absolutely make money using the training at WA. It's not a scam and people are ABSOLUTELY making money without promoting WA.

Hi, WA is very different. I promise you it is not a scam.
I do not earn a dime from referring people to WA. I focus on other niches. I also use the hosting platform for my other business websites.
The bottom line is that building an affiliate marketing website that will earn money takes a lot of time and work.

You have only joined in January so you have not given much time to apply all you need to go forward online.
Try to be more positive in your life and actions and if you want to succeed online then take action and work for it and achieve the results without promoting WA.
WA does not ask you to join to promote them that is your choice if you wish to do so.
If you had been following the lessons you would know that you can choose your own niche and promote something entirely different from other affiliate programs.
You would have set up within your account setting your payment method so common sense would say if going monthly that each month you will be charged.
However, you asked to help you solve the issue of subscription and seeing you feel you are being given false ideas (which are your own thoughts and misgivings) You have the following choices with your subscription.
Continue the monthly payments which will be $49 per month
Go Six monthly paid over a six monthly cycle automatically or go yearly which again is charged automatically to the accounts setting you have willingly given.
The Yealy will give you the biggest saving to what you have now but you will need to pay in full.
Again that is your choice to make or not
Just wanted to let you know and not say nobody told you.
The final choice is if you are not happy with all this to solve that thought go to your account setting then membership then click stop billing and cancel membership.
Then you won't have to worry about what you think do or say here

As I said John if you don't like it cancel and be done with it and perhaps wonder later "What if I actually got off my backside and put the work and effort into making this successful rather than expecting things on a silver platter and money will come to you quickly"
You have just been here a month and not given the time and effort to learn what you have.
You also stated elsewhere how you found that there are so many things here at WA. All of this is for your benefit and would cost thousands elsewhere but you have it all included in your membership.
So rather than complaining and incorrectly stating your money is taken without your permissions.
Take the options you have already been given
Get off your arse and do the work or leave either way you have the choice.

I spent over an hour of my valuable time yesterday trying to help you. You agreed you had received payment for commenting. Therefore I don't appreciate the fact that you are now accusing this platform at WA to be a scam. I personally have never referred anybody to WA, not that it is any of your business as to how I make money. If you intend to stay at WA, I suggest you work your way through the training as the rest of this successful community has done.
