Since being a member of wealthy affiliate for only 4 months, I've learned a LOT of things which are simple but so important. So here are some of the most important things I've learned....

1.If you have any question on earth regarding your business or affiliate marketing, someone on here will be able to answer it. Sometimes, it can take quite a bit of time looking to find the exact answer to the question, but it will get answered so never feel lost about your business, you are being taken care of!

2.Patience is so crucial with this internet business and starting your own website. I came to that realisation today. A key part of your rankings is domain authority and site trust which does take time to grow. A website with good quality content only gets better with age, just like a fine wine which sits at the bottom of your cabinet. Don't be discouraged if you are using low hanging fruit key words and you still can't find your webpage on the 5th page of google search. Sometimes, people will find your website without you even knowing how they found it, my first sale came from a single person finding my webpage which is on the 3rd page of Google, so don't worry

3. Wealthy Affiliate has GOT to be the best place on the internet to learn this stuff. I'm not just saying that to hype it up.I say that because I have learned soo much in the space of just a few months here and my marketing knowledge has grown considerably. I am starting to see how everything works and how it is linked together. Marketing is a form of art and is truly beautiful. Thankyou internet!!!!

4. Affiliate marketing and marketing in general is a science in every sense of the word. PCP campaigns are like scientific experiments which you can use to test important webpages and call to actions on those pages to learn more knowledge (although not necessary).The low hanging fruit keywords allow you to pretty much predict your competition on google for that exact phrase and google will rank you higher than competitors for that exact term (Especially as you gain more domain authority)

5.Never ever give up. I'm sure if you are a human being, which you are if you are reading this. You have probably had your doubts regarding your business at some point, especially if you are putting in those long hours and writing awesome content. However, don't focus on your numbers if you are a few months in. You never really know whats going on behind the scenes and things can change within the drop of a hat. Carry on enjoying what you are doing and realise that all is good. Following the training and asking experienced affiliates to check out your website will give you more faith and help your success.

Don't give up. This system isn't as complex as people make it out to be and true success doesn't come overnight. Imagine if everyone that came to wealthy affiliate were making $20,000 a year after four months of being here. That just wouldn't make sense at all. You are doing everything right so keep going.
