An ultra-short blog post this time

Since we are building our own businesses do we need a formal business plan?

I understand that our training does help with getting the business started but there's a lot more 'business' after Level 5 is done and dusted.

Would love to hear your thoughts and opinions

You do need some sort of positive plan to monitor your progress
A step by step guide or blueprint that will track you on how you get on from day to day

Writing down your business plan for 6 months, one year, five years will give you a sense of direction and help guide you along the way. You will have a base to measure your achievements by.

More like a Plan of Action for WA, John. In the U.S. the IRS likes to see a formal business plan but that is just more govt harrassment.
If the Plan helps to progrss the business then it is worth the effort.

I haven't, John, but that's not a bad idea at all, so I say, go for it, my friend!
