Hey Everyone 👋

I recently embarked on my first journey outside of Ontario, Canada—an adventure indeed, considering I have spent nearly four decades within its borders. The venture began with an intense 23-hour drive, during which I opted not to stop for extended periods, limiting pauses to brief fuel stops. My wife humorously deemed me "crazy" as she comfortably slept for the majority of the journey.

This excursion was a valuable period of rest and relaxation, serving as a crucial opportunity to disconnect and rejuvenate. Disconnecting from our routine can significantly benefit our mental health, allowing us to recalibrate and return with renewed vigor and fresh ideas. These ideas are essential as they help to propel us forward on our paths to success.
