How's your attitude indicator?
The blue top instrument in the cockpit is an Attitude Indicator.
- It lets the pilot know if his wings are level.
- Do we have an attitude indicator for our lives?
- Is there a gauge that can tell us if we're level?
- Can we be in a spin and not know it?
- A pilot can tell instantly if he is in trouble.
A quick look at this instrument lets us know if we're okay.
- I look at my attitude indicator several times a day.
- Many days I get unbalanced... all bent out of shape!
- My attitude stinks and needs an adjustment.
- How does yours look?
- Days when nothing goes right!
- Times when our whole attitude is out of whack.
- Everyone is yelling at me!
- Everything is out of place.
- Website is down... computer is down... I need an attitude adjustment.

Very good Joe, you must be looking in my condo. With covid 19 confinements and 2 people who have over 45 years together, now spending 24/7 together, there is a lot of attitudes needing adjusting through out the day.
Fortunately, we live in a 4,500 ' house with 3 acres, so I do a lot of walking!

Exactly what I needed to hear this morning, Joe! I had to deal with my husband's boss, who is a complete jerk. I was left with a terrible attitude for the day (at 7am).
Will definitely turn my attitude around. The day has just begun!

I agree that the attitude of a person is so very important! You know when sometimes you go into a shop, and you are put off by a bad attitude, and you decide not to buy, just to mention one example at the top of my head! But it goes way further. Needs constant check on those bad days!
I think that's happened to all of us. Good example.
