Why is Jaaxy not showing results as usual ie linear but everything to the left margin and qsr not working? I have Jaaxy Lite as a premium member. It was working ok until yester
is this the quick search or on the jaaxy dashboard
if the jaaxy dashboard then try pressing ctrl+f5 when there
if it is the quick search then i have found that it is working correctly
as others have said you need to press get qsr on each result....
hope it starts working soon

Yed its the quick search. Im using my mobile right now. Used to be ok on mib too before. Its not the QSR I know about that thanks for your reply
sorry can't help - don't have a mobile
just trying mobile emulators - i really don't like the fact that it isn't really responsive
let's hope the udate at the end of the summer covers not just the training but the responsiveness of the website as well.....
but on the emulators jaaxy worked and showed the qsr and data....
Just to say it is working fine now on mobile too thankfully as I use more my mobile and sometimes a laptop.. When it is available 😉 Thanks again!

I'm not 100% sure what the issue is. My Jaxy is working pretty well. But I do have to Manually make it search the QSR and etc.
The Premium civerage is for Jaaxy Lite and yes QSR must be done manually. Its the wayvits being displayed and also not showing QSR result
