I decided on something a bit different today.
Sometimes we forget to allow a bit of humor into our lives.
Life isn't all about hard work and no play.
In fact, it's a fallacy that we have to work hard at all. To many of us are brainwashed into believing that in order to be successful we need to put in 80 hours plus a week.
So what do we need to do?
We need to work Smarter ... and remember to have a little fun on the way.
Which brings me to todays quote.

By all means, go out there and do the best you can with your online business, but don't forget to work smarter. For example, there's no point busting your gut writing 100 blogs if your audience isn't responsive to them, or worse, finds them boring'
Also, If your links aren't working correctly, or you have to many of them, or not enough, then even a brilliant blog becomes worthless.
Make sure you study the many lessons you receive here at WA. Both those provided by Karl and Carson, and those that your fellow members have spent countless hours constructing for you.
Never imagine that you have reached a pinnacle in your life and that you no longer need to learn.
Work Smarter.
If you do you will definitely have 'success at Wealthy Affiliate'

Great thoughts Jim!
I like to make my online work fun by sharing ideas with my wife and kids, get their feedback, argue and laugh with them, and then decide how to go about things. They are getting ready to help me edit my posts and possibly even write them when they learn more how to. Good teamwork is always fun!

Even if you're working smart while not working hard will likely have you end up in the same place.
The concept of work smart, not hard is based in the idea that there are tools to help you do a job in minutes, rather than toiling over it all night. Use the tool! That's working smart.
Still, minutes later when you're done with that work, you find more work to do and you continue this process. You are working hard.
Working hard and smart is proficiency.
Well you could Joe. But the idea of working smart is so that you don't have to work so hard. I know all about working hard, I've been doing it for 47 years, time to work smart. Jim

Thank you for a great post and for the sharing the information. You can 't always be working with no fun that is a 9-5 job and then you are back where you started from.
You have to break that circles and have fun once in a while.
