Anybody Else Facing the WA Login Issue?
Hello WA fam,
Quick question—has anyone else run into a weird login issue today?
When I tried logging in, I got this error message:
TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object
At first, I thought it might be a browser issue, but even after trying a different one, clearing the cache, and refreshing several times, the same error kept showing up.
This is actually the second time it’s happened to me, which feels kind of strange. It never happened before until recently.
I’ve sent in a support ticket , I had no option to submit general support ticket through WA home page, but it worked.
I also saw IncomeLegion (aka Andy) mention something similar in the live chat earlier, so I’m guessing it’s not just me?
If you’ve faced the same issue or found a workaround, drop a quick reply. would love to know if it’s just a glitch

This happened to me several days ago. I assumed it was because I had my VPN on, so I took it off. However, I finally had to log in with my phone. Not sure what happened?
Thanks Suzi, I tried logging in through my phone too, but it showed the same error there as well.

I have not facing something like these. But you can clear your cookies from browser and try it again. You can try to open it in incognito mode also.
I tried all of that Atanu, clearing cookies, using incognito mode, everything but nothing worked at the time.
Thankfully, all is working fine now:)
I never log out of WA. WA tabs always open unless I have the once in a while restart for my PC. Sorry this is not more helpful.

Yeah the site was broken for about a half hour today and kept throwing us all to an error page like explained but they fixed it fast.
I just tired to login in to all my sites with no issues. Perhaps it could be a single server that is affected some but not others.
Hope it gets resolved soon
