I feel that my website is up and running, even though I am not making money yet. I have a good number of posts/articles on it and will continue writing a new ones.
I am wo

If you feel ready, go for it. Although I would say have you completed the training too. Better to know the ins and outs on one site before you start a second I think. But that’s just my opinion. Entirely up to you. Good luck

I was wondering if I should complete the training first. I am 2/3 of the way through the 4th group of lessons. I will probably just make some notes on my other idea for now.

The rest of the training should not take me too long to complete. The longest part is taking the time to write all the articles and posts that Kyle keeps telling me to. Since I don't know any better, I just complete every step and not skip anything.

I think I will complete the training first, then start the next one.
Thanks

Yep sounds like a plan.

I think it depends on how much time you think you have to devote to each website. If you think you can regularly publish articles for your main site (at least 2 a week) and still have the time to create articles for your second site, then I say go for it!

By the way, I have my main site but I'm also developing a SiteRubix one that will be my "test" site so to speak. Also a bit of a passion project really. Even if it doesn't generate revenue, it's a topic that I would really enjoy creating content for.

I thought about creating a siterubix one, just to mess around with a bit. Playing with different themes and functions. I like my current site's theme and did try a couple, but since I have things on it and getting traffic, I don't want to mess anything up.
Thanks

Since I just started my site, how many times would be too many to post to it? I want to start some content, but don't want to overdue it. What would you recommend? once a day

I think every day is great if you have the time and energy!

Thanks, the first one will be easy to add content to daily for a while. Not sure about the next one - whatever it will be.

Has anyone tried both the site builder here and the one on click bank? Trying to see the differences.

Hi Jim,

I actually know what you mean, I reviewed ClickBank University 2.0 so I know what you are referring to. I didn't buy the builder itself but I know what it's about so I can offer you some insight here.

There are some big differences.

Here you are building a WordPress site. Which is the clear choice for people running sites that want to get organic traffic through Google. Google loves WordPress, it's trusted by millions and it's just more SEO friendly in general.

The CB Builder is good, but it's more of a way to knock up a basic (less content driven) site, in a 'drag and drop' scenario. It is more in line with stuff like ClickFunnels in some respects.

Also, you can actually do the exact same 'drag and drop' modifications to your site using certain plugins. Like Thrive Architect for example. Which in conjunction with WordPress is better and a heck of a lot cheaper (although personally I wouldn't create all your content with Thrive, only certain pages).

In a nutshell, CB Builder is more about the ease of use and the look of your site, the bells and whistles at the push of a few buttons. WordPress is built to rank in search engines like Google, out of the box. It may not be as 'shiny' or easy to modify the look of pages, but it gets the job done that you NEED to get done- getting traffic.

I'm not saying you can rank one of the CB sites, and I'm not saying ranking with WordPress is easy. It comes down to the content and keywords you choose, among other factors. But it's unchartered territory at best. Whereas WordPress is tried and true.

Also, they don't show you how to get free organic search traffic (the best kind) within the training. They show you how to run paid traffic, which can cost you an absolute fortune, with little to show for it if you're not fully dialled into conversion tracking and tweaking.

Anyways, my 2 cents. Hope it helps!

Cheers

Thanks, this was the info that I was looking for. I have also been doing the CBU training and it is mostly about paid advertising, but still a lot of good info on there. Between here and there, I am trying to get my fist site up soon.

You're welcome, glad I could help out :)

Two different things:

Site builder is a software program that build websites

Clickbank is an affiliated website where merchants offer their services to affiliated members who can use the links to earn money

yes, but click bank also offers there own builder software. Trying to see if anyone has experience with both.
