To get this link to work properly, you have to already have a forum session open. It should work fine if you do.

Seems like there are issues with getting the forum to open I had the same problem, but found it OK in the end. Great photos were they all you at various life stages? You are so right it gets harder all the time and easier to fall off the routine required. I found the WA clubs really get you up to speed but the "real" JOB tends to interfere too much! Never enough time and too easy to make excuses or get too deep into blogs and forums and waste what time you do have! Anyway keep on going and inspiring it is stories like yours that make us stick to it.
