Understanding older parents
I have learned that no matter how old you get you are still momma's baby :). Sometimes it gets annoying real annoying but over the years I have learned to deal with it. My mom is 84 and my dad is 91. They both are still driving and doing things people their age don't do especially my dad.

I am now that older parent. Our kids are always trying to adjust things for us which we appreciate, but which is unnecessary. Maybe in 10 or 12 years. It is kind of nice at a BBQ when everyone wants to wait on us.
