Looking for Tips to increase my site speed, Feels like it's been slow since I launched it

My site seems like it has always been really slow, I just downloaded imagify and ran it to optimize all photos on my site. It still seems slow, load times on many pages can be up to 15 seconds or more. PageSpeed Insights show most pages are between 60-70 rating on desktop, andI presume 100 being nascar level speed and 1 being Morgan Freeman's narration speed. Hope I can get some help regarding this.

Also, which SEO plugin are you using? More than one may not be good for site speed.
Is your site GDPR compliant? If it is not done correctly that will affect the speed.
Did you activate speed in you panel?
