What is your definition of opportunity?

Google defines opportunity as:a set of circumstances that makes it possible to do something. Always looking at your surroundings, whether it be physical or business, you can find an opportunity to improve your situation.

Never let your circumstances dictate to you what is possible. That is always up to you! You are the one in control of where you want to be and how you get there.

You may have to start out small in order to find the right opportunity. Start by looking at your surroundings. Find positive things in your area that inspire you and leave the negative out of your life. By staying focused on what you want, you will see more positive growth in your life and of that which you are pursuing.

What Pushes You to be Successful?

Is it a burning desire for more money? Is it a desire to live in a different area? Is it a desire to have a family with a home of your own? Is it a desire for all of these?

Do you look for and utilize classes that are available to you? Do you find a way to educate your life mindset? Are you ready to take a risk? Are you willing to fail? Are you willing to start over?

You will find that some of the most successful people on the planet have failed many times. Some have even lost all of their wealth. Some have lost prestige. One common factor with all of them, they got back up and started over. They continued to educate themselves. They looked for an opportunity or made an opportunity for themselves. They wanted it that badly. They were not willing to give up.

Where Can I Get The Education I Need?

There are a number of places to get the education needed to be successful. One of them is the school of hard knocks. One is college, another technical or vocational school. You can get your education by going to the library. There are countless ways of getting an education. You want to find one that is best for you. The way you learn. What causes you to become distracted.

There is no one best way to learn to be successful, to a point. You always want to keep learning about your passion. That is the only way to become better. Some of that learning is by doing, some of it is by classroom and some is by reading different articles dealing with your interests. But you have to keep learning. Sometimes, you may even read articles that are completely opposite than yours. Why? The reason is simple, even though it is opposite to what you believe, you can still find information there that can give you an advantage and help you product or blog even stronger and sought after even more.

What is the Right Solution?

Only you know what the right solution to your education is. There is one thing that should be obvious to each of us, we all need to keep educating ourselves to become better in our respective field.

I have learned so much at Wealthy Affiliate that it is scary. I came to this platform several years ago. I started out quickly but did not stay with the training the way it way laid out and became discouraged. It did not help that I had a mentor in the beginning that did not want to take the time to help. That mentor no longer has any influence on my work or my beliefs.

Start with goals. Find someone who will help you stay focused, Put in the time, it doesn't come overnight. Remember that others were where you are now. Be patient with yourself and with others. Respect other viewpoints, sometimes the best point is not yours.

Always look for opportunities that are right for you. Not all opportunities will match with you or your long-term goals. Find one that you can be passionate about. Plan for the long run and be consistent with your work ethic.
