Phase One - Complete
Making Progress
Almost two weeks ago, I posted that I would not be able to spend as much time on WA. There was a limb that was 40 ft long that had fallen on my roof causing considerable damage.
My wife and I have cleared the limb from the roof showing some of the damage. The visible damage that I can see is two holes at two feet square and one at four inches square. It took seven and one-half days to clear the roof. I am now in the process of cutting the remainder of the limb into sections that can be cut into firewood and I have about a third of that done. I should have the remainder of that done by Wednesday. I just had my 61st birrthday a couple of weeks back and have never split firewood. This was an eye-opening experience for me. I will never firewood again! Tuesday we begin phase two. We will be getting estimates on the cost. I am sure that I will be doing the repairs myself.
With God's help and your prayers we will overcome.
Best to you all,
Jerry
