Well, I still haven't made any money, but I'm sure that will come. I've made several posts and continue to post almost daily. I've set up accounts on all of the social media suggested and am posting, sharing, tweeting, etc. frequently as well. I have several followers on these sites, which is exciting!

I usually do one post, then copy and paste into the other outlets. Saves a lot of time and I can easily post from FB, twitter, google+. Not pinterest though, which I find to be not so user friendly and more time consuming. I've also thought about using HootSuite, which allows you to post all in one place.
