The New Year Approaches!
Half way through the day on December 31, as the New Year of 2022 approaches, I just wanted to take a moment to wish all my wonderful WA friends a Happy New Year.
I wish for you much success and great prosperity in 2022.
The image above is from one of the many NYEs we spent in Sydney, Australia. Sydney always managed to have the most spectacular firework display of anywhere in the world.
We lived in Kirribilli which is adjacent to the Bridge and across from the Opera House.
Friends gathered on our balcony to ring in the New Year.
Though our New Year's are much quieter now in SW Florida, they are still celebrated with joy and eager anticipation for what the forthcoming year might hold.
I do believe that New Year Resolutions are a complete waste of time. So, do what you do to the best of your ability and always try to be the best of yourself.
