Website Comments - Slipping in Your own Link
I'm not sure what to do about this.......
I have been on WA for about 3 weeks now. I am in level 2 training where Kyle asks us to request others to comment directly on our site in exchange for us commenting on 3 other sites (LOVE this pay it forward stuff, BTW).
A comment I received this morning for approval was full of links to this other person's website and posts. They didn't really comment on my article at all.
Is this a normal occurrence when comments are requested or frowned upon in the WA family?
My options are to Approve it, Spam it or Trash it. How would you handle it?

I am sorry that you have had this negative experience. In order to earn the right to ask for website feedback, not comments, as that is different, you need to give feedback to two other requests on that particular site.
Don'e be surprised if there are none or only one requests. I was in that situation not long ago and paused my training because I thought I had to complete this step before moving on. Finally my sponsor told me to move on and keep checking back on that lesson to complete the feedback exercise.
Maybe you already found two members requesting feedback, In that case disregard what I said above.
When you get a review, it has to be relevant to your request. You have the right to reject that persons feedback if it is not so.
I wish you much success in your online business jurney.
Cheers!
Edwin
As Robert says & I agree with, its someone who has zero idea how to market or promote and needs to learn
Delete it right away.
Having a link within a comment is fine as long as its to further helpful info but having links throughout the comment as a promotion tactic is definitely a No No.
No probs, always happy to point people in the right direction.
Hope your day is going well.
Robert
Fortunately, those kinds of comments are few and far-between - most of the WA Community plays by the rules because we are interested in everyone's success, not just our own.
Mark it SPAM and move on to the next one!
Best of luck!
Seriously, you should trash it.
It seems he or she is only interested in THEIR success (if the links are pointing to their website).
The aim is for them to provide "value" for your audience, not self-promotion.
Normal WA comments should never include links, only helpful content.

Thanks again, everyone, for your feedback.
Hope you are having a great day!
