This is so true we get blessings for helping others it teaches us and helps us grow as people
True kindness is like helping to plant or harvest a crop for someone else when they are not able to. You are doing it out of kindness. Here is an example. My wife and I farmed for 33 years and started our business on the farm.
The first year I was farming in 1957 one of our neighbours took sick just about the time seeding was to commence. Somebody in the neighbourhood organized a work bee and we all got together and put his crop in, in one day. This happened many times over the years to anybody that needed help, whether it was seeding, harvesting, working on cattle or anything else that needed to be done.It was also common when one farmer was done harvesting he would go to his neighbour and help him finish. If a farm house or barn burned down the neighbours got together and built a new one There was never any expectation of getting anything in return. That is just what country people do.
Yes you get to help someone who really needs it and also you know if you ever need help it's there also, A great feeling.
Apologies : The picture stated" If you're helping someone and expecting something in return, you're doing business not kindness"
