Wonderful & Wonderous Wednesday Was Warmer!
Last Update: Feb 1, 2023
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
I slept until 8 am again, and then immediately got down to business getting the fire re stoked for the morning, but at least it was 12 degrees as opposed to being in the single digits, so that was something for sure.
After the fire was going, and the furry assistants were cared for, I had to go back outside and make sure the battery on the truck was good since I had to attend another knee therapy session with Monica. (It was dead last night for some reason and I had to charge it. Fortunately, it was recharged enough this morning.)
While I was outside letting it run, I captured a couple of images of the new day, including the title image.
We ended up reaching 39 degrees today, so that was a good thing, indeed.
Then I went back inside and began working within the Wealthy Affiliate Community like I usually do. This time Kitty was present for a few moments.
I only had about an hour to accomplish this before I had to head to Monica's third knee therapy session in a row.
The drive over there was quite nice, as the day was turning into a very nice day too.
When I arrived at the therapy center, Monica wasn't there yet, but it wasn't long before she showed up.
She rode the stationary bike, and right after that, she did some stair exercises too. She seems to be doing better on those.
She seemed to do well on those.
Then there was the bending of the knee again. I did not take an image of that. This was a very grueling one for her, but the therapist finally got her knee bent to a bona-fide 120 degrees, so some success was achieved. (Monica was in a lot of pain after this, but it should get a little easier for her in the next few days.) That is my hope anyway.
She also had some more cupping done to further stretch the scar tissue.
This was the most that they have ever used.
Then there was finally the "cool-down" period. At last, it was over.
I was planning on doing my normal rounds of the new day after that, but there was a task I forgot to take care of at the eBay house, so I headed back over there, instead. Sometimes these sorts of things happen, and we just have to go with the flow.
I also fed the Blog Dogs their main meal of the day too!
The way that they were chowing down, you would think that they never ate.
Shortly after I got those tasks completed, my buddy Kevin called me and we chatted on the phone for about 30 minutes.
I captured one image outside then.
When that was over, I went inside and re stoked the fire one more time to keep the eBay house temperature at a satisfactory level.
The Blog Dogs enjoyed it from their beloved ottoman.
I also worked some more within the Wealthy Affiliate Community too.
Then, I also decided to make some pork sausage links that my buddy Ron had given me, and mixed them with baked beans, pork and beans, and a can of black-eyed peas. If all goes well with that dish, it will feed me for the next 2-3 days!
I'll have a shot of that tomorrow if the dish turns out well.
There were some image-loading issues, so I also posed a question to the Community about that, and it seems that quite a few members were also experiencing the issue too.
Kyle entered the thread and said it was being addressed. He and Carson are always on the ball!
When I get this blog post completed and insert the images that I wish to use for the day, I will also write some more on my Kindle Vella Episode #10, which is finally almost completed.
Before I start on Episode #11, I will write at least one more blog post on my book promotion site too, as part of my Wealthy Affiliate research portion of the day. (I will at least get the post started anyway!)
The rest of my evening on this Hump day will consist of being on the computer, with some additional writing hopefully being accomplished, as well.
I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAD AN EXCELLENT HUMP DAY TODAY. MINE HAS BEEN A BIT OUT OF SORTS, BUT STILL WAS VERY GOOD!
Jeff, the BLOG DOGS, and Kitty
Hi Jeff, poor Monica, that was a lot of cupping, she is doing very well good on her. As for your battery, try to borrow a battery from a friend to see if its the battery or the alternator. If the battery goes flat, the alternators done. If the battery stays charged, your battery is done. Those Blog Dogs have to stay strong, they will need their strength for the next fight between Paul and Maria. Love the picture of Kitty, looks like she is ready. I think Maria will win with Kitty in her corner. Have a great day and weekend ahead.
I think that Monica is moving through it alright, Brian. She'll get there, I am sure.
As for the battery, I think it is alright. It was all day yesterday, and the temps are a bit warmer now. It will need to be replaced at some point though.
The Blog Dogs are eager for that next bout. 🐶🐶 Kitty is not to interested in it though. 😹 You might be right about Maria winning though.
Enjoy your Thursday, my friend!
sounds like a good day for you Jeff. Our weather over here (still summer) has hit us with a day of rain and a top of 19 degrees (freezing). I'm solar powered so hoping the sun will come out again tomorrow to reenergize me 🚴♂️🙏bless you my friend, have a great rest of your week
It certainly was, Dale! I am sure the sun will come back out and do its part for you, my friend! 🌞
Enjoy the rest of your week and Frisatsu too!
Warmed up here some too, with rain albeit light but rain on the way.
Check the battery posts for buildup, especially the battery's positive post and water level. Try to use distilled water if it is low.
Happy Thursday! Friday is around the corner. Hoping for some business your way. I sense you will have a couple jobs come Friday. One for sure.
Monica's progressing well too, so good for her. She still has quite a road ahead, with your support has to be helping too. Just keep doing the right thing like you always do.
I'm glad to hear that, David! Thanks for the battery tips, it seems to be holding right now. I also have a back up battery if necessary!
I hope you are right, my friend! The jobs have been sparse, so we shall see.
She will get through it, David! She's stubborn, but tough! I will laways do my best to be there to support her.
Have a Great Thursday!
Sounds like a good day, Jeff. :)
It got up to 24F today. Our water problems were just the filters on the faucets. Glad Kyle and the guys got the Image trouble fixed. :) That's good.
Doing notifications then signing off for the night. Still have a bit to go, though.
Mine was, for the most part, JD!
I'm glad your plumbing problem is solved, and I was also very Happy that Kyle and Casrons and crew got the image problem solved too!
God bless, and sleep well, my friend!

Was it the cold weather that possibly affected the battery in your truck, Jeff?
Monica must be accustomed to the cold weather - as she's only wearing short sleeves outside. But still - glad to see that she is making progress with her therapy, Jeff.
Hope you and the crew are having a productive week! 😎🐶😺🐶
It was likely the low temps, but I had the radio on a bit too long too without the truck running, Isaiah!
Monica can be thick skinned when she wants to be.
We could be more productive, but it had been one of those weeks, my friend!
You have a productive Thursday! 🐶😹🐶😎
