Welcome Wednesday Work, Wandering, & Wondering!

Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
It was a bit colder this morning--in the mid 20s (Fahrenheit)--when I reluctantly crawled out from under my nine blankets and shuffled slowly into the "office" to sit down at the computer and start my morning sojourn into the Wealthy Affiliate Community!
Kitty seemed to be feeling the same way when she dutifully followed suit moments later! I really cannot blame her since we had been SO warm moments before!
I took a quick break and captured some other images of the chilly morning!
When I finished with that, the next step while I was waiting for the outdoor temperature to increase was to perform more of my daily Wealthy Affiliate research!
I studied what I needed to for today, and by the time I went outside, the temperature had increased by about 20 degrees! We are now at 51 degrees Fahrenheit, even though the skies are now mostly overcast!
It was now time for me to go pick that mailbox lock!
Here are images from the drive over there (below)
Below is the stubborn lock, which I picked for 45 minutes with no luck! I don't really want to drill it out, but I may have to (though not today!) Below that is an image of the sky at the job site!
I left and went back to the eBay house and ordered 4 of the same style of locks at a deep discount off of eBay! They will not arrive in time for his needs, but I ordered them anyway to put in stock! Very few locksmiths around here carry those, but I will apprise him of the situation!
Going back outside to perform a couple of tasks, I noticed the sun had come fully out! There were still clouds in the sky, and it would continue this way off and on for the rest of the day!
Around 2:30 pm after talking to my buddy Kevin on the way to his "day" job at the railroad, I called the building owner and told him the locks are on the way, and he said that was fine! So everything seems to be good there for right now! By the way, the temperature is now 57 degrees Fahrenheit! I know cold weather will be coming soon again though!
I have performed some more tasks outside while the sun is out, including getting some more debris picked up!
I have also been putting the finishing touches on this blog post!
The above two images were taken around 4:30 pm--the clouds have finally cleared, but the temps are dropping, of course!
Here is another blast from the past with the Blog Dogs!
They are something else, indeed!
The rest of the evening will be more of the same--working on the computer and likely talking on the phone to my friends! I'm talking to my mother right now as I am putting the finishing touches on this post!
I HOPE THAT HUMP DAY WAS GREAT FOR EVERYONE HERE AND THAT IT WAS SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL! ON TO THE DOWNHILL SLIDE TO ANOTHER FRISATSU!
I live near Vandenberg AFB and occasionally everything shakes and rattles when they fire off missiles (they apparently have honest to God nukes there - it's a little weird living so close to that sort of stuff).
The saga of Jeff continues...

Anyway, we're prepping for another round of snow! This is SO not cool!!!!!! The only white I want to see is sand!!!!!
Hang in there!

It's been 35-40 here today. Some of the snow is retiring from the top of my fence, but there's far too much elsewhere.
Sliding downhill on an icy snowbank toward the weekend. WISH the plow guy would come dig me out! I'm hoping my friend can come pick me up tomorrow, but not sure she can make it up my driveway...time will tell.
