Totally Terrific Tuesday Toils & Travails Tend To Tantalize!

Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

I think that I got to bed at a reasonable hour last night, after talking to Monica on the phone for about a half hour.

I slept well and woke up at 6 am. It wasn't long after that when Monica called again, and we chatted for almost an hour. She works her second job today and tomorrow, but it was a productive conversation!

It was also time for me to venture into the vibrant Wealthy Affiliate Community for the morning.

The day just starts right when I do this! After that was completed, I went outside and captured some images of the new day, including the title image.

We were at 35 degrees at the time. The temps will get much higher though.

I decided to take one more, and Humphrey was there photobombing me again!

That means that it is another HUMP Day's eve! Wow, how the weeks seem to fly by!

I received a call from a Realtor to go look at a property and give her an estimate. At about the same time, my ex Andy called and said she had some potatoes to give me, since her annual trip to Germany will happen in less than a week.

I went down there in short order since the temps were vastly improving.

Above is her house which is about 8 blocks away from me! I will also assist her disabled husband if he needs any help while she is gone for two weeks.

Since I was already out, I went and scoped out the house that the Realtor called me about.

There are two sets of locks on the door, but they can be keyed the same. I made the estimate, and then let her know the price. It was accepted, so this afternoon, I will go and take care of it. Yay! Another locksmith job!

This new day has been going quite well so far.

I was soon headed to the job!

It was warming up quite nicely! When I reached the jobsite, I got right to business!

I got the pinning kit out to rekey the locks! When I was finished, Monica called me shortly thereafter. I still had to go get gas and drop the keys and bill off to the Realtor.

She got off work early, and we agreed to go to Manhattan and eat at Pizza Ranch. One of our favorite haunts from long past.

I got back to the eBay house just as she was pulling in front. It was perfect timing.

Then we were on our way! It only took a little more than 20 minutes to get there!

We were both hungry, as neither of us had really eaten anything all day!

We both had large salads too--this one was mine.

We both ate a lot of food, since we were hungry. It was a rare treat! There was also a lot of good conversation between us too, which was very nice.

The whole thing had been a huge surprise for me! More conversation on the way home was forthcoming too! I gave Monica one of the bags of russet potatoes that Andy had given me in the morning since they use a lot of those, and have been short lately.

Kitty popped into the office a for few minutes, as well, so that was a surprise too.

There are still several more tasks that I will continue to take care of this evening, as well! I'll at least get some more of the dry firewood into the house this evening, as well, since, I have cleared a nice area for it.

Everything seems to be coming together slowly, but surely, and for that, I am very thankful.

I TRUST THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD A TERRIFIC TUESDAY--ANOTHER HUMP DAY'S EVE! MINE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!
