Timid Thursday's Tasks Tend To Totally Turn Triumphant!

Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

Not long after I posted yesterday's post, my yard guy showed up to mow, but, instead, I gave him two large cans of gas to support his efforts.

Then I went back inside and got back on the computer.

After another surprise call from my mother late in my day, I then finished up on the computer, and then headed to a blissful sleep for the evening. You just can't beat that!

I woke up an hour earlier than usual, which was quite surprising. Got some tasks done, and then headed to the computer again.

This was to join the news feeds and at the same time performing the daily sojourn into the vibrant Wealthy Affiliate Community.

For me, this gets the day started on the right track. On this day, I was alone, as Kitty remained in bed today--so far, at least. She might roam around a bit later.

Monica called shortly after that, and we chatted for over an hour. I might see her later, but it was nice since I never heard from her yesterday.

Then I ventured outside and captured a few images of the new morning too.

It was about 47 degrees at the time.

I also got a call from an old customer to go unlock a vehicle, but they were located too far out for me to be of assistance, so I gave them a referral number.

Even though I used to do that, it now costs too much and takes too much time for me to make a profit these days when taking those long trips. I will touch base with them later to see if they were serviced. That is simply reality as our economy continues to plummet.

After some more computer time, I ventured back outside and took another image of what seems to be a very nice day so far.

I have also been trying to copy my tax documents so I can get those filed on time. It looks like it will be a tedious process, since my printer is acting up, but I will persevere, one way or another.

Then, my website collaborator reached out and we talked for over an hour. It was a good conversation.

After that, I had to take care of a few things, but caught another image of what looked to be a very nice day. It was 60 degrees at that time. When, I get done with that, then it will be back to business.

The weather and the drive was quite pleasant, I must admit. Barring Monica and I going out to eat later, or a locksmith job, I will remain home for the rest of the evening.

Slowly, but surely, I have now derived two copies of blank forms from my dying printer. I will keep working on that off and on throughout the evening.

I plan to also do some more work outside as the weather continues to remain pleasant. The change of the seasons will be a very welcome change, indeed.

The rest of the evening will be spent on tasks in the house or on the computer. I might even finally be able to get some more writing done too. It all depends upon what else comes my way, but it has been a nice day overall.

There will be a lot of daylight remaining, so I might even get some more outdoor work accomplished, as well. That all remains to be seen.

TIMID THURSDAY SEEMED PRETTY GOOD FOR ME. I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HERE ENJOYED THEIR'S AND WERE QUITE SUCCESSFUL. I AM DEFINITELY NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT MINE! THIS WAS ANOTHER FRISATSU'S EVE ALREADY, SO I AM QUITE PLEASED.

Sincerely,

Jeff, the BLOG DOGS, and Kitty

We have had windy and cold weather for the two days, too. Jeff

I can imagine, Jim! Good weather will be here soon!

Jeff

It's been a pretty nice day here. Yesterday was cold and blustery. Today is much better.
Got my post up yesterday on schedule and have done some chores today, including laundry...needed to do that one badly.

Seems your day has gone smoothly. That's good. I'm off to fix my current favorite halibut recipe...the one using the panko crust. Yum! I'm glad Mocha doesn't like halibut. When Carlos was around, it was one of his favorite things. I had to make sure none was out where he could get it. Mocha could care less. He'd rather get up on the stove and lick the butter residue off my tortilla cooker!

Working along on the memoir. A friend who is reading and critiquing gave me some questions to answer, so wrote them all out...she gave them rave reviews. That's always nice. Tomorrow is Writer's and will be having it at Abigail's house. She's been in Oregon...good to have her back.

Wow, Fran. You have really been busy.

That is awesome. I am glad that you are steadily moving right along, my friend.

Keep up the excellent work.

A timid Thursday turning triumphant is not surprising to me at all. I truly believe things will continue to go from bad to better and from better to best. It was good seeing you remain perseverant before the adversity of a dying printer. It seems, however, that she's ready to give up after serving her time. Maybe it's time for the New, Jeff!

Thanks, Jean, and you are absolutely right, my friend! Plans are in the works!

Happy Frisatsu!
