Sunny Sunday Soon Seemed Souless & Sour!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
As usual over the last few Sundays, I ended up getting out of bed late today, although I had a bit more impetus to do that since the temperatures were dropping as forecast.
I was going to be busy getting a fire going to maintain the temperature of the eBay house.
I performed my Wealthy Affiliate Community morning sojourn right after I got all the furry assistants started with their day.
I was 3/4 completed with that task when Monica called, so I chatted with her for a bit while I finished up with that.
Kitty decided to go back to the warm bed after eating, and I truly don't blame her. She might come out later. We shall see!
Then, I decided that it was time to venture outside and capture some images of the day before the sun finally disappeared, including the title image.
We were only in the mid teens when these images were captured. Brrrr. It was certainly going to be as advertised, although the sun helped a bit early on.
I was sitting in the truck letting it run to keep the battery charged.
It was still a nice looking day at that time though.
That did not stay that way very long as the clouds started rolling in.
The sun sure was nice while it lasted though.
Monica called again while I was sitting in the truck, so I chatted with her some more, and then she had to let me go. It was then that I decided to get back inside and get the fire going in earnest.
I also fed the Blog Dogs their main meal of the day too. I put some noodles that I made earlier in their food, as well.
Then it was back to some more writing in my Kindle Vella episode #10--not a lot though, as I am staying busy with the fire, and soon, I'll be either going to watch the Chiefs game, or will at least be sitting out in the truck listening to some of it.
That has been the slowest episode to date for me to write since I am trying to tie the story line together for Episode #11 to fluidly flow. This will likely be the only portion of my Wealthy Affiliate research portion of today, unless I suddenly get on a roll.
I am trying to keep a relaxed pace today, for the most part.
There has also some cleaning going on around the house a bit too--more like straightening up rather than anything else. There are slo some tasks that I have to prep for coming up in the new week.
Right this minute, I am putting the finishing touches on today's blog post here.
I really do like writing the daily post though, as it keeps me in writing mode. I do need to get some work done on my book promotion site too, but that will come in good time.
As the title says, when the sun was out, it did not seem that the cold weather was that bad, but when it is quickly clouded over, and the temperature started lowering it seemed to zap my motivation a bit.
I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAD A SOULFUL AND SUCCESSFUL SUNDAY PORTION OF THE RECENT FRISATSU. WHILE I CANNOT COMPLAIN, IT DID SEEM A BIT TEDIOUS FOR ME. MAYBE THE OUTCOMES OF THE FOOTBALL GAMES TODAY MIGHT MAKE ME A MORE UPBEAT. WE SHALL SEE!

Congrats to your Chiefs, now beat the Eagles! If Mahomes plays like he did today, the Eagles are done for. Should be a great game.
Almost got a rematch. I am proud of how we did with 2 QBs down and a rookie named Purdy got them this far. He started out 4/4 and what a shame. Proud to be a 49er fan. We sure have had the worst luck with QBs getting hurt every year, it seems for the last 5 years.

The rematch was very close, my friend! Better luck next time. We definitely have our work cut out for us with the Eagles. Of course, if our defense plays well, then their QB will have nowhere to run!
I'm sure that purdy will be back as your starting QB, and he will be a force to be reckoned with!

Hey Jeff , the fire looks cozy and warm. You should teach the blog dogs to help you tidy up around lol. Thank you for sharing your day, Mine was very lazy I was in no mood to even cook but did make a late breakfast or brunch and spent most of the day lying in front of the television and reading 😎🌺🔥
Haha, Thanks Janine! I woud teach them if they would learn, but they are the ones making most of the messes around here! They really need to go back home where they have a huge yard to paly in and two kids who adored them.
Don't worry, I get in those moods all of the time since I am the only human that inhabits the eBay house.

Glad you got that fire going. Too bad your day seems to have turned sour on you.
Mine was good -- birthday party for a friend at our local restaurant. I actually ate breakfast there this morning...and found my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I guess my regular diet has reduced the amount I need to be full. Can't complain.
Then had a visit from a friend who wanted some info on wild plants, so we spent a lovely hour looking through my plant book. That was fun. He has to take pictures of one plant he's found, because we couldn't figure out what it was.
Now Mocha thinks it is time to eat...soon, kitty. I ate so much breakfast not sure I'll even have any supper.
I was happy to get the fire going. It worked out very well.

That fire looks NICE on a cold, cloudy day. Your use of pictures has inspired me to use my photographs also.
Now I just hope that I can be like you and write a little bit each day. The most amazing thing about you is that you take the time to respond to comments and read others posts also. You are a true friend to the community.
P.s. as a girl, I like the parts of the story about Monica. The romance is a bit more exciting than the football game…. But I hope you enjoy it.

It certainly did, Nick! I'll be going to Ron's on Superbowl Sunday for a big party, and will likely have to sleep over there too!
