Serene Sunday! As It Should Be!

Last Update: August 02, 2020

Whew! What a week last week my Wealthy Affiliate Colleagues!

Monica is still recovering nicely! Hopefully, her last surgery is out of the way!

I didn't have any work today in the locksmith business, which is perfectly alright with me. The week has been hectic and I am really physically tired, so I had a few beers today, and essentially relaxed most of the day! (Well...maybe more than a few, but I digress!)

I woke up later than usual and immediately worked on installing a new screen on our bedroom window so that we could allow the mild temperatures of the day to cool the house, versus the AC!

When that was finished, I rode the motorcycle around some more--mainly to run a couple of errands to my other properties! I had a book I sold on eBay that needed to be packaged.

Arriving back home, I whipped up a quick brunch for Monica and myself. Breakfast Burritos consisting of green peppers, onions, summer sausage, and eggs. They were delicious!

When that was over, we walked across the street to my sister-in-law's house for a visit. She was doing some yard work!

Seeing that she was working so hard, I offered her a beer, and so we had a few together!

I guess Sunday, I was just spreading good cheer and really and truly relaxing for a change, and it felt GREAT!

I also uploaded a new video to my YouTube Channel and even managed to get some Wealthy Affiliate work done as well--imagine that!

I HOPE THE NEW WEEK WILL BRING SOME GREAT SURPRISES FOR EVERYONE!

Hi Jeffrey,

I am glad to know that you had a good break on Sunday. Which is a rest day after a week of hardwork. And Monica is recovering well from the operation.

It is good to spend time with family on Sunday. Doing your part to protect Earth by using less aircon. I am doing my part too. By opting for energy saving electrical appliances and use it when necessary.

Burritos with healthy ingredients for breakfast. Yes it looked irresistible. Good for you. Keeping life simple and enjoying quality time with your family. Over a simple and easy to prepare meal.

To more success,

I had to take about a two and half weeks break from WA. My phone got hacked and some money was stolen out of my checking acc. Well I don’t handle stress to good and I got really sick. Now I’m trying play catch up. But at least I’m back on track. Glad you had a great Sunday. Have a great week.

She is healing fine and will likely be off of work for around another two weeks, Suzay! Thanks for your concern!

You're going to have to stop talking about food. Those burritos sound awesome too.

It does sound like you were spreading some good cheer. I feel like I was a slug today. I think I have my days/nights mixed up. Well, Mon is a new week. Need to get back on track.

Have a good week.

You will get back on track, Debbi! Perhaps some fried rice is just what the doctor ordered!😉

Your pic of the fajitas the other day had my mouth watering. I didn't have any meat or tortilla wrappers but I had some frozen chicken strips.

Sauted them in olive oil with bell pepper, onions, garlic with Tony Chacherie's seasoning, Zatarain's powered crab boil and chili powder.

Topped with grated cheese, sour cream and Pace Pacante sauce

Now THAT sounds like a dish that puts mine to shame, Neil!
