Magnificent Monday's Monumental Moil Motivates Me!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
The Blog Dogs were certainly ready for the new start to the new week! Even before the rising sun touched the grass of the yard!
By this time, I, of course, had already done my normal morning run through the Wealthy Affiliate Community, and was getting ready to do my normal rounds while waiting for the first jobs of the new week(if there were any)!
Tig-Tig was AWOL (Absent without Leave for those who don't have a military background). She was likely in Samantha's room again!
Here's a banner for her so you can see her anyway! She'll get motivated again at some point, but I won't push her!
When I arrived at the eBay house, the sun was already dispelling the clouds which had originally conspired to keep it hidden!
This meant that it would likely be hot today, and it was--in the high 80s (Fahrenheit) at least!
I busied myself with the endless tasks at the eBay house. Monica was already working her old job on her day off, and there was no need for me to hang around!
I, of course, also worked within Wealthy Affiliate as usual. There seems to never be a dull moment in my life except for, perhaps, when I make the mistake of lying down, and sleep surprises me!
This is what happened to me today! I finally landed a job rekeying eight locks at a house on the west side of town--almost all the way to the country, though not quite!
The above image shows the sky on the drive there! I got there around 2 pm, and was finished by a little after 3 pm.
As luck would have it, a little after that, I got a call on the same side of town to go unlock a rental for a Realtor and install a temporary lock so they could do some maintenance work while the tenants were out of town for a few weeks!
It was on the same side of town (west), but on the northern end versus the southern end, which was where the house I had just finished with was located! The sky image shows more cloud build-up!
Even when I finished that job, the clouds were still adorning the formerly blue sky! It was then time for me to run a few errands!
When I finished with those, it was back over to the eBay house to work on a few of the tasks that I had started!
Wealthy Affiliate was included in the wrap-ups, as well!
Finally, I decided I was hungry for a snack, so I went and picked up some ham for a sandwich, and I even managed to ride the motorcycle a bit before heading over to the store!
Then I put it back in the garage at the eBay house! I always like when I have those spur of the moment ideas which allow me to relax a little!
While I had been out, I also captured the sun on its western horizon trajectory from the store parking lot!
It was a beautiful ending to all-in-all, a productive day!
I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A WONDERFUL BEGINNING OF THEIR NEW WEEK! I KNOW THAT I CANNOT COMPLAIN!

The weather is starting to really heat up here too today, so I am off to the pool to cool down!!

Sounds like another nice day Jeff - and being self-employed makes it more possible to enjoy those "spur of the moment" rewards of life too. Glad you got to take your bike out.
Life is always better with some fun and recreation mixed in with all the work.

Very true, LD, were it not for self-employment, I certainly would not have had some of the freedoms that I have enjoyed over the last 30 years! Of course, you know that being self employed also has the cons. If you are on vacation, you miss work vital to sustain your business, etc. The list goes on!
Life is better with those simple pleasures though--THAT is for sure!

Hi Jeff, love the sky photos. Summer has finally arrived here in the UK, with temperatures in the mid to high 20Cs. I think that must be mid 70Fs. Love the photo of Tig Tig. Yes, cats to have a habit of disappearing when you could do with their help lol! Alfie is outside sunning himself on the path. The blog dogs look happy, and hope you have a productive Tuesday:)
