I Bought 2 New Domains to Either Park & Speculate, or Integrate into my Brand!
Hello everyone in Wealthy Affiliate!
Just a quick one here--I bought two new domains! They fit right into my brand, but I think I might see how they value over a year. The more I am reading about the Internet Real Estate (i.e. Domain) Market, the more I like what I am seeing.
Either way, I will either make money on selling them at some point, continue to "sit" on them, or, eventually integrate them into the brand I am building!
I'll keep everyone posted if I find something good out. If anyone here does this and has any advice, I am open to it!

This sounds interesting, I wish I could hear more about it. If you say you going to sell them, how are you going to do that and what could be your advise to people like me who haven't thought about doing something like that. what are the possibilities are you looking at.
I'm looking at seeing what they are worth, and auctioning off the ones which might make a little money!

Anyway, I have given it a little thought, but not sure about it. Now, I’m leaning toward it as a possibility. I am just not sure if I have the time to put content on it to increase its value.
I wish you success with this...keep us posted on the results if you decide to sell.

I actually never really thought of that. I wonder how much you can get for those in about two years... or so.
Jeff, my understanding is that they appreciate in value much better if you post to them on a regular basis, perhaps use them with your WA brands and post to them while simultaneously considering increasing their value, sort of a get 2 for the bang for your buck deal. I know that sounds rather confusing but I think you get the idea.

I do, Joe but likely the first ones I will check into unloading are the six expiring at the end of the year and go from there!

Jeff, investing in internet real estate is an excellent idea.
Flipping, as you would a physical property, makes good short to medium term income, if done well.
The key, as Twack has said, is finding your buyer.

That is an interesting niche/business - and I like the idea. Yet for me anyway (at least for right now) I have too much on my plate and anymore might make my head explode... so I will have to live through you in that effort for now ; )
