That is an interesting niche/business - and I like the idea. Yet for me anyway (at least for right now) I have too much on my plate and anymore might make my head explode... so I will have to live through you in that effort for now ; )

This sounds interesting, I wish I could hear more about it. If you say you going to sell them, how are you going to do that and what could be your advise to people like me who haven't thought about doing something like that. what are the possibilities are you looking at.

Anyway, I have given it a little thought, but not sure about it. Now, I’m leaning toward it as a possibility. I am just not sure if I have the time to put content on it to increase its value.

Jeff, my understanding is that they appreciate in value much better if you post to them on a regular basis, perhaps use them with your WA brands and post to them while simultaneously considering increasing their value, sort of a get 2 for the bang for your buck deal. I know that sounds rather confusing but I think you get the idea.

Jeff, investing in internet real estate is an excellent idea.

Flipping, as you would a physical property, makes good short to medium term income, if done well.
The key, as Twack has said, is finding your buyer.
