Surprising Results with My First Website

Hi, I have been with WA for a week now and I have created my first website (http://jeepsmakeup.com/). My website has only been up for a few days. When I woke up this morning and checked Google Analytics I saw these stats.

Sessions: 212
Users: 176
Pageviews: 509
Pages / Session: 2.40
Avg. Session Duration: 00:02.55
Bounce Rate: 60.85%
% New Sessions: 83.02%

Then I went and checked my Amazon Associates account and saw these stats.

Total Ordered Items: 3
Clicks: 63
Conversion: 4.76
Referral Rate: 4.00%

I have no experience with this, but I am thinking it is good.

What I'm puzzled with is how the word is getting out about my website. I am still working through the Get Started Here training and have not promoted my website at all beyond putting a link on my Google+ and Facebook accounts.
