Today marks a big milestone in my affiliate marketing journey — it’s been two years since I joined Wealthy Affiliate. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far I've come, and I'm excited to share my achievements and some insights that might just help others on their path too.

Highlights of My Journey So Far:
  • First Income from WA: That first sale was like a lightbulb moment, showing me that, yes, the system works if you're committed!
  • Second Prize in an Article Contest: Writing has always been my thing, and seeing my efforts get rewarded in a contest was a huge boost. It was a reminder that valuable content and consistency pay off.
  • 6 Amazon Sales and Counting: Those first few Amazon sales were game changers. I remember refreshing my dashboard like a kid at Christmas! Each sale showed me that people were interested in what I was promoting and that my reviews were making a difference.
  • Income from Three Affiliate Companies: Diversifying my affiliate income streams has been crucial. While I’m not earning “full-time” income yet, it’s real proof that affiliate marketing works when you put in the effort.
My Affiliate Marketing Tips for Newcomers
  1. Stick with the Training: Wealthy Affiliate’s training is there for a reason. I can’t stress enough how crucial it’s been to my progress. Each module builds on the last, so trust the process.
  2. Celebrate Small Wins: I know firsthand how easy it is to get discouraged, especially when those "big" numbers don’t show up right away. But don’t underestimate the small victories; each sale, click, and view counts.
  3. Diversify Your Income Streams: Start with one platform, but don't stop there. I found that signing up with multiple affiliate companies helped boost my earnings and reach new audiences. Each platform has a different approach, and testing the waters can reveal where your strengths really lie.
  4. Write from the Heart: My best-performing articles have always been the ones where I shared my real experiences, the ups and downs, and gave actionable advice. People connect with honesty and trust recommendations that feel genuine.
  5. Persistence is Key: This isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon. Every article, every link, every sale builds momentum. If you’re feeling stuck, remember that even the pros were once beginners. Stay consistent, and don’t give up.
Looking Forward

The path ahead is still unfolding, but with the progress I've made, I have no doubt that even bigger things are on the horizon. I'm committed to making this work, and as long as I stick to the training, keep learning, and share valuable content, I’m confident that the results will follow.

To anyone out there who’s just starting or feeling stuck — keep going! Wealthy Affiliate provides the tools and the community, and if you stay dedicated, you'll see results. Here’s to the next big milestone and the journey to financial freedom!

Good morning Jeremy,

Thank you for documenting your time at Wealthy Affiliate; I'm sure it will encourage many people.

It's always good to look back and see what we have learned over the months and years, etc.

I know exactly where you're coming from, however, I'm not surprised that your best performing articles come from your genuine experience and from the heart, this is so important. People like real life stories and honesty, etc. I believe that many bloggers will end up being very disappointed, as 95% of members who are writing Wealthy Affiliate reviews are not writing a review, they are just letting AI write for them! That is not a genuine review; there is a huge difference between a genuine personal review and an AI review!

Something that I have noticed for years is that consistency is really key when it comes to working online. We need to get into regular habits of posting regularly.

Wishing you all the best and a great day.

Roy

I allow AI to assist me in my reviews, ultimately i have the final say. If you use it as the tool it's meant to be instead of the laze click click done aspect many still are doing, it works for you. This is a good thing. But heaven forbid you add a touch of personality in that robotic explanation, tisk tisk!

I understand where you're coming from Jeremy; there is such a huge difference between using AI as a helper and assistant, rather than a lazy writer!! Sadly, I think many people will be disappointed in the performance of their websites, due to using AI as a writer.

Have a great day and thank you for your response.

Roy

Don't stop... everything compounds!

So True!

Many congratulations on your second year anniversary here Jeremy and for all that you have achieved!!

Here's to the next two years and beyond of continued growth and success my friend!

👍🎉🍾

Thanks Amigo!

Most welcome buddy! :-)

☕️👍🦾

Thank you!
