I'm a premium plus member here and I'm also paying for services from bluehost as well. I'm debating on whether or not it's a good idea to move my stuff here. What I'm concerned
so I have domains in bluehost, name cheap and cloudflare. Whether or not I have a website, I point my mx records to bluehost so that I have email/smtp. I do have some sites that cname over to other funnel builders.
For Cloudflare, you may ask site support here :)
Site support is your best bet here.

There isn't any problem with migrating your websites here from Bluehost.
However, there is a limit to the number of websites you can host here, and that is based on your membership level, premium or premium plus.
See the link DIGGER12 provided.
Rudy
You can see the chart here https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/join/
Look through the Premium Plus + column to see all that they offer - there is a button at the bottom to expand.
WA provides 10 Email Accounts per site as a pp+ member here.
I don't think you need to spend extra money on hosting when you have a very good one here.
