Happy 4th
I would like to wish everyone a Happy and Safe 4th of July. For me I'll be grilling some of favorite food and veggies.
I've been cooking and grilling since I was in my early teens and have worked in food and beverage for over 30yrs. Some of my best memories are with a close friend of mine and I would have 4 grills going and cook for the entire neighborhood on the 4th. Unfortunately he is no longer with us, something I will always miss.
This year with Covid 19 still on the war path, It's just the wife and I she will be keeping me hydrated ( cocktails) and helping with food prep.
I would also like to thank Kyle, Carson and everyone in WA community for all the help you've given me now and in the future.
