Unsatisfied customers

One of the elements that can affect us negatively is to have unsatisfied customers. According to a data from the American Management Association (AMA) an unsatisfied customer will tell about their bad experience at least 10 people. Another interesting fact is that AMA reveals that 90% of unsatisfied customers will say absolutely nothing. Their reasons are as follows:

  • Anyway they are going to ignore me.
  • I knew I could not complain.
  • I had to wait too much to get a reply.
  • I was not quite sure how to talk about the situation.

Avoid having unhappy customers. How?

Following these tips will be useful:

  • Invite them to talk.
  • Give them different communication channels: the "Contact Me" page should not miss on our website. Let them contact you on Facebook or Twitter.
  • Respond as quickly as possible: there isn’t a bigger frustration than getting no replies to a complaint.
  • Say thank you a thousand one times. Without the customer we are nothing.

A happy customer will be your customer again and recommend you, means that you will have new customers.

I completely agree. That's why there are successful companies and people on the market. They know how to treat customers.

Some people have a great ego that's why others get ahead by kissing but.

Most say it the polite way.
    The customer is always right.

I thread the customer polite and quick but I am NOT kissing anything!

That's what should be done. But what should be, it's not the most popular or likable thing in this world. I understand it respect it but not everybody will do the same.
