You can also find this within the Build My Website page under the "Support Tickets" tab. This is where you should go if you ever have loading issues with your website or if you accidentally do something that adversely impacts your website.

This support is 24/7 and upon submitting your ticket we will look into it right away Joelson!

I'm not sure what you could do, besides send in a support ticket. They should be able to help, or ask Kyle or Carson in a PM if it's possible to get it back. They'll answer, although it might take a little while.
Until then, try asking someone in live chat. There may be someone there that has gone through this.
I do know they make backups through the hosting here, so hopefully you can get it back again.
