dear Kyle: I need a refund for 2 charges showing on my statement for $363.30 and $19.95 and any other charges that may show on my next statement from wealthy affilliate. I cancel
After I went through the WA multi-step cancellation process WA still billed me for another year. I had to issue another stop payment on any charge from Wealthy Affiliate. If I had not done this I am sure I would have been billed for yet another year. No refunds because this business is all about the money!
This company sucks, I have cancelled my membership and asked for a full refund for 3 months now. No one responds. If I am not selecting the incorrect thing or what. I need my $150.00 now! please will someone help me!!!!!!!!
I am sorry but it look like spending money especially when I am on a fix income. I though if I went premium domain would be free i guess not. I just can not do this. How do I cancel receive refund
The problem is I do not have exact money spend and what I did have I use on saturday for premium membership

Hi surjeet I'm sorry to hear that you are getting frustrated. I have personally responded to over 5 emails and several PMs about this so please check. I have also answered previous questions you posted in classrooms, all within 10 minutes of you posting them. Please read my original responses about refunds and the WA terms of service. I'm sorry to hear that for some reason you are not receiving my messages! Maybe it's a problem with the email client.

Where may I find all my receipts for all my purchases in wealthy affilliate?
I deleted the email from WA and need a copy of the receipt for a domain purchase. Where can I find the receipt?
If you paid with PayPal, you can find your receipt in PayPal. If not, then ask Site Support.
It depends on how you paid for WA. If you used paypal, you will have a record within your paypal account. If you purchased using a credit card, it will be on your statement under Wealthy Affiliate or Niche Marketing Inc (I think).
You can also scroll back to your first WA messages in your email inbox and find the message where it confirms you have subbed to premium.
I'm not sure what purchases you are referring to. Your domain information would be at the domain registrar (namecheap, etc) and you have to keep track of your own membership fees here at WA, if you are looking at them as a business write-off. It is up to each member to maintain their own records. :)
Unfortunately, WA does not issue refunds, as outlined in their Terms of Service (4.2) http://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/terms/
