IF YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN, YOU CAN!! Just recently I came across a commencement speech given to the Harvard University class of 2013 given by Oprah Winfrey. One of the things she shared with them was that "there is no such thing as failure. Failure is just life trying to move us in another direction. Now when you’re down there in the hole, it looks like failure. So this past year I had to spoon feed those words to myself. And when you’re down in the hole, when that moment comes, it’s really okay to feel bad for a little while. Give yourself time to mourn what you think you may have lost but then here’s the key, learn from every mistake because every experience, encounter, and particularly your mistakes are there to teach you and force you into being more who you are," Awesome advise.

The average person will wait for someone else to motivate them. Perceiving that their circumstances are responsible for the way they think. But which came first the chicken or the egg? The truth is it doesn't matter which came first because no matter what happened to you yesterday, your attitude today is YOUR CHOICE. Contrary to popular belief the winners edge is not in a gifted birth, a high IQ or in talent. Attitude is the criterion for success. ATTITUDE IS CRUCIAL BECAUSE IT DETERMINES HOW YOU ACT.

Most unhappiness in life is due to the fact that you are listening to your self rather than talking to yourself. What kind of voices do you hear? Are they positive or negative. If they are negative you need to give your self a positive pep talk. The thing that separates a good athlete from a great one is ATTITUDE. IS your glass half empty of half full? What's so amazing is that you don't have to physically do anything to the glass to change it from half empty to half full. Just change the way you look at it. NOW THAT'S POWER and its all yours. THE FORCE IS WITH YOU, please use it wisely.
