If clicks are paid for, then what is the rate?
clicks are only paid for if you have a pay per lead agreement...
normally you will only get paid a commission when a sale is made by someone clicking thrrough your link....

There are two types of clicks - organic (free) which comes when search engines crawl your content and index and rank it. When your posts are presented in search results and someone clicks that is free traffic.
If you choose to pay for clicks you sign up for and Ads program and pay for clicks by placing a ad. Those appear at to of search results (look for AD in upper left hand corner). IF you go this route make sure you understand how to do it and how to write an effective Ad otherwise you can spend a lot of money with no return.
When you are just beginning learn now to write content that gets free traffic.

It means they will always show up..
How to change
On the post edit screen, look towards the right-hand sidebar where you will see your document settings. Click on ‘Status and Visibility’ option first. Now you will see a checkbox option for ‘Stick to the Front Page.’ Simply check the box to make the post sticky and then save or publish your post.
You can quick edit your post and pages as sticky and save changes.
They would appear at the top of your websites, you can have more one post as sticky.
What does sticky content mean?

Hi - you may wish to read my blog post on the subject. Typically, the first reason that people don't qualify, is that they don't have an Affiliate Disclosure which is a legal requirement.
Another reason is when a site is too "salesy" and there is no in-depth informational content. Google calls this "thin content" when a post seems to have been written simply for the purposes of adding a ton of affiliate links. Are You Ready for AdSense Affiliate Disclosures, FTC Guidelines, and Amazon Rules Commercial or Informational Content? What's the Difference?
