I've not run into this particular problem. While waiting for someone else to chime in you could check with Support.
It sounds like you should open a support ticket. Go to Site Ribux and then Site Support. They should be able to help you pretty quickly.

- Refresh the page
- Search for what
As a starter member, your site will have the .siterubix.com extension. You need to have your own domain to be accepted byAdSense.
You could buy your own domain at GoDaddy or Namecheap, doesn't cost much. Then you'd need to have hosting (included here in the membership), Hostgator are about the cheapest.
My best advice is to continue adding content to your site, when you're ready to go premium, it's a simple matter of buying your domain and transferring your siterubix site over to the new domain.

PayPal account is a requisite in order to get pay. is there another way like having payments come through wire transfer or through the post?
PayPal is free you can join and have your money sent there as well, they will also give you the option of using their debit visa card if you wish or have the money sent to a bank account that you verify you own.

Hi. You're talking about your referral payments? If you don't have PayPal, you can also request a check when you have a balance due you of at least $100.00.
