Recently I've been in talks with a comapny who is interested in exchanging posts on eachothers websites, but I'm not sure on how to go about it exactly. Do i just past the whol

You could just link what you want to exchange your post on his site. You could put the link on an image or something short but something catches the visitors eye. Then do the same thing on your website. That way it wouldn't be duplicate content, just a thought on how to add content without writing the post over. Please like my comments, thanks Sruffey

You don't want to do that. The search engines will flag it as duplicate content. Write a completely new article for the site and have the other person do the same for yours.

Hi - generally if you are guest posting on sites, you both write something unique for each other which will contain a link back to your own site. I don't see any value in republishing a post, as you say, Google will see it as duplicate.

So I have been working on my site for about 3 months now, and about 2 and a half weeks ago I was starting to get about 3 or 4 organic visitors a day. However, in the past week

I also have a kinda new website. After few months i got organic traffic visitors like you, 5 visitors per day on average.

Then after quite some time i did NOT have any visitor on my site for about a week i think. I was worried but then it came back to normal and now i have on average 40 visitors per day.

That makes me feel a little better, I hope my site follows a similar path! I have around 30 posts and I'm pretty good about optimizing them for SEO, so hopefully I can see some traffic soon!

Thank you!!

So I've been considering switching to a new domain, as mine isn't very good (100% my fault, I didn't put enough thought into it). I guess what I'm wondering now is how do I go

I just switched my siterubix to a dot com and it is so easy! There is a move button, click, select new domain, confirm, done!
