Hey there Wealthy Affiliate Family!
It has been a while since I've posted here... but I've certainly been around... commenting and listening to the trainings... Great to see what everyone is achieving!
The more time I spend on here, the more I can see it is just a process. That needs to be repeated. And focussed!
By taking action a pattern starts to emerge. A new set of activities. Of course all the while keeping it as enjoyable as possible - and fortunately it is!!
How I'm building my focus...
My main activities right now are building my writing muscles, reading about writing and doing more research on the subject at hand.
I've made a list of blog post titles I'm very keen to write about. They're safely in my Trello boards.

I've set up buckets in Site Content (which were the different websites before)... and am now about to set up the different categories I've decided to focus on.
I've come across an application called 'Calmly Writer Online'... if you haven't seen it before, this is what it can look like..

It just puts me in a different space when I'm in those beginning phases of writing something new!
A great space for "just writing", as opposed to that busy space of comparing notes and researching. I love how it allows the previous sentences to fall into the background by making them fade. Can also put it in dark mode which makes me relax more when I'm looking at the screen.
Then I can copy and paste the whole thing into site content and finish it off in there.
Building up Momentum
As I'm building up momentum, I can see other areas of my life have fallen into place around the central focus.
I have written a lot, and getting a sense of how long that takes, and how much research I'm likely to need with each post I do.
Occasionally I'll write something one day, then come back to it and say "What was I thinking??"
I can see that is the process for many writers (as I read what they're saying). I've come across quite a few more experienced people on this platform highlighting the need to make the writing readable and to edit, edit, edit!
I'm even finding myself putting in a lot more editing effort for every comment I make!

Unfortunately, I haven't published as much as I planned - but I have a few things that are getting close! It almost seems like I'm building up a set of articles that could be interlinked and maybe I'll just post them one day after another! Here's to the creative journey and enjoying the process!
