Do you mean blogs or blog posts? I would put up many "acceptable posts" and modify and fix as I go along...don't get bogged down on the perfect post...
In my opinion, a blog post cannot be perfect. Always, there is room for improvement. But we need to move to the next one soon.
If you are focused when you write, read the draft article one-two times for possible mistakes and obvious improvements and publish them.
Then, start writing the next one. This is what I do.

Ok sorry, I misread the title. I think it's better to focus on one site in the beginning.
Agreed...focus on one, make it successful and then try others.
