IZI diet Week 1. From experience .
IZI diet
We do not need any weight loss products , there is no magical pill , we do not need no heart attacks causes , and no cost to lose weight !Not claiming that products like those do not work , let s just say we want to avoid the risk . I am not going to sell you anything, so relax .
I am not a man of many words , not my favorite subject , also I ‘m not good at doing fancy presentation, so Let s get down to business!
Week number 1: THE POWER OF WATER
Step 1: Psychological effect ; Get a pen and paper and write why you want to lose weight, write down the names of people that called you fat, the people who did not want to date you just because they thought that you were not sexy enough! Yes , I' m sure there are people you want to impress and you want to look good , it s in your nature .
Step 2: measurement ; Weigh youself naked! Write down the result then write down what you want to achieve in one week from now, do not be greedy , be realistic !
Also do not tell nobody that you are on a diet ,just do it. Surprise them!
Step 3 : How much much water ? ; Drink 4 liters H2O = 1.05668821 Gallon. Purified water is preferred! Every day!
I don’t care how many times you will use the restroom; you should know that water will flush your system from toxins and do so many changes to your body , good things . Also 1 gallon of water won’t kill you, just drink slowly and make sure;
-You drink 2 cups first thing in the morning and 2 cups 20 minutes before you bed time.
Okay that is for first week , try it believe in the power of water , trust me I m a Chemist ! Lol

Totally agree! Hear in the US about 90% of the people are walking around in a dehydrated state. One thing though the eight 8oz glasses of water per day is a good start, but it does not fit everyone. I tell my client/patients that in order to maintain their optimum health, they need to consume 1/2 their body weight in ounces of good ole H20 each and every day.
It is a natural appetite suppressant, and it vital for every function in your body.
So let's all drink up!!
Hey Dr Richard , I have mentioned 1 gallon just for week one , for everyday life I totally agree with you 1/2 of the body weight in ounces seems to work for me :) I m checking your profile and I wish you the best !

Bill , water was flushing your system . My only concern with drinking a gallon a day for 1 week is flushing and hopefully balancing the body pH ...just for one week . Week n 2 will be diffident . Also I believe people are drinking so much fluids anyway .. Pepsi coke ... Etc .
Well water is one element but don't forget your vegetables. Vegetables will give you the vitamins and some protein you need. Healthy eating.
Water is not an element , it is a compound lol just joking ... This is just week number 1 and we aim for just one thing , flushing the system , stabilizing the body pH , and checking with the metabolism rate . Week number 2 will be interesting .
